This is a heavy duty potato ricer from Kitchen Craft.
This is the Deluxe potato ricer from the Farringdon Collection by Dexam.
Being a deluxe item this potato ricer comes with two stainless steels blades giving you the options of coarse or fine potato. This is a nice touch and is not seen on many other ricers.
It is easy to use and as well as mashing potato can be used like a Mouli to mash fruit and other vegetables making it ideal for Rostis, smoothies and shakes.
There is an extra arm which can attached to a saucepan allowing you to apply extra pressure should you be using the potato ricer with anything hard like an apple or unripe fruit.
The Dexam Deluxe is also dishwasher friendly making it a great potato ricer for everyone!
